As a Neutrophil Meeting registrant, your mailing details will not be shared with anyone outside the Neutrophil Meetings organization unless we are required by law to do so. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Retention
We will keep your personal data until the Neutrophil meetings cease to exist or until you ask us to remove you from the list.
