Oral presentations

Slides should be in the 16:9 aspect ratio. A (suggested) template is available here.

Talks can be saved as Powerpoint files on a USB key, and handed to technician some 30 min before your session.

Should you prefer to bring your laptop to the podium, then you should leave it with a technician some 30 min before your session.

Poster presentations

Poster dimensions are 1 m x 1 m (38″ x 38″) maximum. Larger sizes will not fit.

Posters can be put up from 16:00 on June 2, and must be taken down no later than 19:00 on June 4.

Posters will be displayed in several rooms located one floor above the main lobby of the Château Laurier hotel. More information at the registration desk.
